  In properties with accessible underfloor areas, Josh applies a liquid termiticide spray throughout the sub-floor space to create another defensive barrier against termites.
  
• Hole Patching

The pigeon control process

• Gutter guard and bird netting installation
  With the property now disinfected, focus turns to prevention. Gutter guards are installed to inhibit future nesting in gutters, while bird netting is strategically placed to create physical barriers, denying pigeons access to previous roosts and potential new nesting sites.
