Worker Protection Standard:The Worker Protection Standard (WPS) is an occupational health and safety standard that sets out the minimum requirements for the protection of workers from exposure to hazardous chemicals in the workplace.The WPS applies to all workplaces where workers are exposed to hazardous chemicals, including agricultural workplaces. The standard covers a range of issues, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), training, medical surveillance and record keeping.
