Transient Non-Community Water System (TNCWS)

Transient Non-Community Water System (TNCWS): A water system that provides water to fewer than 25 people for at least 60 days per year, and that is not permanently connected to a public water supply system. Transient non-community water systems include but are not limited to construction sites, campgrounds, and temporary housing developments.
