Non-Transient Non-Community Water System (NTNCWS)
A non-transient non-community water system (NTNCWS) is a public water system that serves at least 25 of the same people for more than six months per year, but is not owned or operated by a municipality, a special district, or other type of incorporated entity. NTNCWSs include systems serving residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers that are owned or operated by investor-owned utilities, rural cooperatives, mobile home parks, schools, and state or federal prisons.
