Office of Prevention, Pesticides, and Toxic Substances (OPPTS):The Office of Prevention, Pesticides, and Toxic Substances (OPPTS) is a division of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). OPPTS is responsible for the development and implementation of regulations, policies, and programs to protect human health and the environment from the adverse effects of pesticides and toxic substances.
