FQPA:The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) is a United States federal law that regulates the sale and use of insecticides, fungicides, and rodenticides. The Federal Quality Control Act (FQPA) is an amendment to FIFRA that was passed in 1996. It requires that all pesticides be registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and that they meet certain safety standards.
