As a customer service consultant, Jake understands how stressful and disruptive a pest outbreak can be. He is the calming and reassuring presence that our customers can rely on during a difficult time.

A helpful person by nature, his main focus is understanding your concerns, so that he can address them as quickly and accurately as possible.

Having integrity is important to Jake, whose personal motto is “work hard and own up to your mistakes”. It doesn’t matter if you’re a customer or a member of the Allstate team – Jake is someone you can always count on!
