If you contact Allstate about a pest problem, Belinda is one of the first people you’ll speak to. As a customer service consultant, she believes her role is important in providing support and understanding towards your concerns, as well as reassurance that our technicians can help you.
With her previous experience working in telemarketing, Belinda loves a good chat and making you feel at ease, like you’re talking to a friend.
In her spare time, Belinda enjoys cooking and previously worked as a chef, and will happily share her cooking tips if asked!
