He kicks off his day with a pigeon assessment at a townhouse. Kristian asks the client if they can hear the tell-tale signs of hissing, thumping and fighting in the early morning or late at night. Kristian organises a quote for roof repairs, and the installation of a one-way door, trap and a nesting box to relocate the possums to the backyard.
