Allstate pest control have been inspecting termite bates since installing the traps about 2 years now. Service every 2 months by a staff member ,and all staff have been quick and clean checking all bates. A report is emailed after for your own record. Update 14/7: After multiple emails and calls, the company apologized and sent their cleaning team to clean up and disinfected all the affected areas this afternoon.  I'm reluctantly changing the star rating from 1 to 3 because while we appreciate the efforts, we shouldn't be put in such awful position to begin with.  We hope that the company learned their lesson and use proper protective measurements going forward. ***************** This company should go under for the most irresponsible work they did. They were hired to clean our neighbor's roof but instead of doing the job professionally, they used high-water pressure hose and blew all the bird poop and soils onto our cars, roof, gutter and all over our backyard.  The workers said they will clean up afterwards but got into a shouting match with my husband and refused to clean up in the end. We called the head office while the workers were still on site but the CS only indicated that she will have a word with them and offered no solutions to rectify the situation. Have been an ongoing customer of Allstate for 6 years and had a terrible experience today that makes us reconsider using this company going forward. Appointment was at 2:45 pm. Technician arrived at 4:50 pm when it was almost dark (winter). No communication or heads up from Allstate (we had to call them twice to ask where the technician was). We waited around all afternoon and then we called up at 4 asking where the technician was. Was told he was on his way and would arrive by 4:20. Called again at 4:40 - phone operator was unhelpful,  rude, and short as though it's totally reasonable and expected that we just wait around all afternoon and waste our time. No explanation. Just expected to just sit around and wait at home for them to show up whenever they like. Technician arrived at 4:50 pm for the 2:45 pm appointment. I had a devastating problem with bull and inch ants.  The APC came and treated the main areas and within hours the ant population was   much reduced and has ceased to bother.  They treated around the perimeter of the house as well as the obvious nest areas.
